ServiceTitan’s Product Analytics team is the engine behind data-driven product decisions across our Pro product portfolio. We partner directly with product, engineering, finance, and customer success leaders to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that shape the direction of our platform. Our work spans the full lifecycle—from adoption and engagement to retention and growth—so the impact you’ll have is both broad and deeply felt across the organization.
As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll own the analytical infrastructure and insights strategy for critical product areas. You’ll be the go-to expert for senior leadership when they need to understand product performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. This is a high-visibility role—you’ll regularly present to VP+ audiences and influence product roadmaps with your findings.
Beyond your individual impact, you’ll mentor and uplevel other analysts on the team, helping to scale our capabilities and build a culture of analytical excellence.
