We're looking for a Lead Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team, to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.

How you'll contribute:

  • Drive KPI Performance:
  • You'll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them.
  • Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
  • Analytical Leadership in Product Launches:
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
  • Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
  • Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
  • You'll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders
  • Development of Data Assets:
  • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
  • Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Ideally you'll have:

  • At least 6+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry.
  • Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
  • Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts)
  • Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance
  • Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
  • Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.

Good to have:

  • Experience in the Fintech domain
  • Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
  • Experience with user-facing products and data

Qualifications Additional Information Some of our benefits:

Base salary of £75,000 - £100,000 (based on experience)
