Lead Quant Agent Developer

to architect the next generation of their trading intelligence.

The Vision

As the Lead Architect, you will not simply code strategies; you will design the "Command & Control" center for an autonomous multi-agent swarm. Your mission is to build a system where AI agents independently research, reason, and execute in global markets with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Agentic Architecture:

Build a Multi-Agent System (MAS) capable of recursive reasoning, autonomous hypothesis testing, and self-correcting risk management.

• System Synergy:

Work with core engineers to port AI-driven decision logic into

High-Performance Rust/CUDA

kernels for microsecond execution.

• Advanced Learning:

Deploy Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Swarm Intelligence to navigate non-stationary market regimes.

Candidate Profile

• Academic Excellence:

PhD or Masters in AI, Robotics, Physics, or Mathematical Finance.

Peak Counsel LLC has benchmarked this role to be among the most competitive globally for 2026:

• Base Salary:

S250,000–S450,000

• Variable Incentive:
