Lead Research Scientist - Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute cutting-edge research projects in biotechnology, with a focus on (specific area, e.g., oncology, immunology, neurobiology). Lead and mentor a team of talented research associates and scientists, fostering a collaborative and productive research environment. Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, drawing sound conclusions and identifying next steps. Develop and optimize new experimental methodologies and protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including drug discovery, clinical development, and regulatory affairs. Qualifications:

PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Immunology, or a related life science field. Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral research experience, with a significant portion in an industry R&D setting.
