Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of research scientists and technicians in genomics research projects. Design, develop, and implement experimental protocols for genomic studies. Oversee data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of large-scale genomic datasets (e.g., WGS, WES, RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq). Utilize advanced bioinformatics tools and statistical methods for data analysis. Develop and validate novel genomic technologies and assays. Write and submit grant proposals to secure research funding from government and private sources. Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Present research findings at national and international scientific conferences. Collaborate with clinical teams to translate research findings into clinical applications. Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related life science discipline. Minimum of 5-8 years of post-doctoral research experience in a relevant field. Demonstrated track record of leading research projects and mentoring junior scientists. Extensive experience with various next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies and platforms.
