Lead Research Scientist - Molecular Biology

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process development, regulatory affairs, and clinical research. Stay current with the latest scientific literature, technological advancements, and industry trends in molecular biology and related fields. Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through invention disclosures and patent applications. Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline. Minimum of 7-10 years of post-doctoral research experience in academia or industry, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal investigator role. Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of molecular biology techniques and instrumentation. Proven experience in leading and managing scientific teams and research projects.
