The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field, coupled with extensive post-doctoral experience and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals. A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in oncology drug discovery and development is required, demonstrating expertise in areas such as cell signaling pathways, tumor microenvironment, immunotherapy, or targeted therapies. You should have a deep understanding of preclinical models of cancer and experience with various in vitro and in vivo assays. Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor junior scientists, manage research projects, and foster a collaborative and innovative research environment, is essential. This role involves close collaboration with medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical development teams.
