About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering professional to design, develop, and integrate complex aerospace systems. This role involves working across the full systems lifecycle, from concept development through product end-of-life.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Present project and program updates to leadership and customers
- Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve technical issues
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Support development and implementation of new engineering approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace or related industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum certification
- Knowledge of aerospace systems development and validation processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects
