Lead Technical Process Engineer for Molding Operations and Efficiency

Drive technical support and improvement projects on the Molding shop floor. Become a key player in enhancing product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and productivity while ensuring cost reduction and waste elimination. In this role, you will support process capabilities and foster continuous improvement in Molding operations. You will leverage your experience to lead initiatives for new equipment, develop procedures, and manage projects from conception to implementation. Your ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization will promote effective communication and influence substantial changes to enhance performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design and approve new Molding equipment processes • Develop and implement Molding procedures and job breakdowns • Identify layout improvements to optimize operations • Act as liaison with Engineering on Molding issues • Facilitate CI projects and establish Standard Work Requirements: • Post graduate degree or diploma in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering • 3-5 years of technical experience in lean manufacturing • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Lean tools • Good mechanical aptitude and problem resolution skills • Knowledge of IML and injection molding operations is desirable Utilize your engineering background to drive continuous improvement and lead Molding operations to new heights of efficiency and quality.
