Primary Responsibilities • Spearhead and manage end-to-end UX research projects, from initial scoping and methodology design through to the final delivery of actionable insights and recommendations. • Design and execute a variety of mixed-methods research studies, including but not limited to usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, diary studies, and heuristic evaluations. • Proactively identify key user friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation within existing and future product features, directly contributing to product enhancement. • Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear, compelling, and actionable product recommendations tailored for diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to prioritize research opportunities and integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle. • Mentor and guide cross-functional team members on appropriate research methodologies, best practices, and ethical research principles to build research capacity across the organization. • Establish and refine efficient systems and processes for research operations, ensuring that insights are systematically captured, organized, and easily discoverable by relevant teams. • Act as a primary advocate for user-centered design principles, championing the voice of the user and influencing product direction to ensure experiences are understandable, trustworthy, and valuable.
