Leading Private Equity Fund Manager - Group Finance Analyst (Part-Qualified) - + c30% bonus - 4/1 Hybrid

A leading global investment platform is looking to hire a part-qualified ACA / ACCA Analyst to join its high-performing Group Finance function in London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to a complex, multi-entity international business, working at the heart of financial reporting and performance analysis.

The Role

You will support the delivery of high-quality group financial reporting and play a key role in the monthly and annual reporting cycles. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience across consolidation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of

group consolidated management accounts

• Support the

month-end and year-end close processes

• Contribute to the preparation of

financial statements

and reporting packs

• Provide insightful

financial analysis and KPI reporting

• Liaise with auditors and support the audit process

• Assist with

budgeting and cost analysis

• Support continuous improvement of

systems, processes, and controls

• Work collaboratively across finance and the wider business on ad hoc projects

About You

• Part-qualified

ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with an excellent academic track record

• Experience in

financial reporting, audit, or accounting

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Eager to learn and develop within a high-calibre finance team
