Your Role:
- Strategic enterprise-wide leader and champion for modern ways of working.
- Responsible for enabling and demonstrating measurable improvements in how we do, what we do.
- Accountable for designing, mobilising and continuously evolving a value stream operating model across the full end-to-end change lifecycle, including the operational “run” functions.
- Your role builds high-performing teams at all levels and drives measurable improvements in flow, alignment and value delivery, and unites both change and run.
- Your role is grounded in agile, lean, behavioural science, systems and design thinking.
- Whilst being a leader, coach and practitioner yourself, you will also lead and inspire a team of practitioners, consultants and coaches.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and lead the enterprise ways of working vision, strategy and mobilisation roadmap across Citco.
- Design, mobilise and embed a value stream based operating model that connects business, delivery, technology, change and operations around measurable outcomes.
- Establish and evolve value streams and teams aligned to flow, feedback and value.
- Create and maintain the enterprise ways of working framework, handbook, mobilisation and enablement model.
- Apply behavioural science, a strong understanding of immunity to change and incentive mapping to support sustainable adoption.
- Adapt ways of working to suit complexity, uncertainty and risk within the book of work and overall book of change across Citco.
- Design and personally deliver coaching and training for value, delivery, technology and operational leads across executive, portfolio, value streams and teams.
- Coach and practice at all levels through consulting, coaching, training and community enablement.
- Support the Centre of Enablement to establish and grow communities of practice.
