Leasing Coordinator

A fast-growing real estate and property management company is hiring a Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations across a large portfolio of single-family homes. You will guide prospective residents through the entire rental journey, deliver world-class communication, and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to move-in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing Execution

• Own the leasing cycle from marketing and scheduling tours to executing lease agreements.

• Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Build long-term relationships with prospective tenants through consistent follow-up.

Operational Excellence

• Use Aptly daily to manage tasks, property activities, tenant stages, tours, and applications.

• Maintain precise organization across properties, key control, scheduling, and documentation.

• Prepare all leasing contracts and ensure accuracy throughout the verification process.

Compliance & Standards

• Understand and uphold Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

• Maintain knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities.

• Ensure all leasing processes meet internal compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 plus years of sales or customer service experience; leasing experience is a strong plus.

• Strong CRM experience and comfort managing multiple concurrent workflows.

• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
