About the Opportunity:

OKTO Integrated Services is seeking three elite Control Systems Engineers for a prestigious technology installation.

Key Responsibilities:

● System Migration: Installation of cutting-edge Lutron processors and dimming modules built into custom panels by others.

● Hardware Integration: Install Crestron user interfaces with bespoke finishes and integrate them with automated window treatments.

● Infrastructure Upgrades: Deploy resilient control cabling and industrial-grade LoRaWAN RF solutions in restricted-access areas.

● Testing & Certification: One Lead Engineer will be responsible for full system verification and providing NICEIC certification for all electrical works.

Enhanced Technical Requirements: Lutron Specialist

To ensure the integrity of this high profile project, candidates must demonstrate advanced expertise in the following:

● Lutron Ecosystems: Deep, hands-on experience with Lutron Homeworks QSX and legacy QS systems.

● Phase Dimming Mastery: Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot complex Lutron phase dimming (Leading/Trailing edge) to ensure flicker-free performance across varied LED loads.

● Programming & Logic: Proficiency in Lutron Designer software, including advanced conditional logic and multi-processor integration.

● Load Shedding & Management: Expertise in mapping load schedules and ensuring dimming modules are correctly rated for high-end architectural fixtures.

● Shade Integration: Experience commissioning Lutron Sivoia QS automated window treatments, including precise alignment and limit setting.

Candidate Profile:

● Pedigree: A proven track record of working within complex, residential estates where "white glove" service is the standard.

● Attention to Detail: Absolute "finesse" regarding architectural finishes; you must ensure new sensors and keypads perfectly match existing room aesthetics.

● Crestron Knowledge: Proficiency with Crestron Home Automation systems for seamless cross-platform integration.

● Qualifications: At least one successful applicant must be a fully qualified electrician with NICEIC credentials.
