Research and interpret investor and mortgage insurance company product parameters to develop and refine product documentation that is clear, concise, and consistently formatted.

Create internal product announcements and implement changes or clarifications to product requirements, maintaining a comprehensive record of updates by product group.

Develop reference guides and tools to support product-related business needs.

Communicate product requirement changes and new product features to internal teams for system support and develop.
