Loan Servicing Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Portfolio Manager - Remote. Key Responsibilities Analyze and assess risk for Loan Events on a $10+ billion commercial mortgage portfolio Prepare written analyses and present recommendations to senior management for loan events Track Loan Events for timely resolution and perform closing functions in collaboration with legal counsel Required Qualifications 2-5 years of commercial/multifamily real estate mortgage lending experience Experience in underwriting, due diligence, and risk analysis Familiarity with loan documentation and entity organizational documentation Understanding of title insurance Ability to travel for in-person events as required
