A company is looking for an Analyst 4, Long Range Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and manages reports to enhance customer experience and improve business results

Analyzes data and leads projects for operational improvement and best practice implementation

Acts as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations and leading discussions at senior levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience

7-10 years of relevant work experience

Expertise in workforce planning analysis and process improvement

Experience with data analysis using web tools and software

Ability to lead complex analytical projects with minimal supervision
