M&E Co-ordinator

About the role This is a crucial position within the Engineering team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd. As the M&E Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of Mechanical and Electrical systems in our construction projects located in the Paya Lebar Region. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects and the overall success of the organisation. What you'll be doing Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate the installation and integration of mechanical and electrical systems Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues and recommend solutions Monitoring the progress of M&E works on site and ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards Identifying and resolving any conflicts or discrepancies that arise during the construction process Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to M&E activities Providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders Collaborating with the wider project team to ensure effective communication and coordination What we're looking for Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills About us Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd is a leading provider of integrated engineering and construction services in Singapore.
