One of their pods

is actively expanding and looking to hire several

Machine Learning Engineers

to help drive the development and deployment of advanced ML models in a high-performance trading environment.

The Role

This position sits within the

trading pod , where you will work closely with researchers and engineers to design and implement machine learning models that support systematic trading strategies. The team operates in a highly collaborative, technology-driven environment with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deploy machine learning models to support quantitative trading strategies

Work with large-scale datasets to build predictive models and improve signal generation

Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into production systems

Optimize model performance and infrastructure in a low-latency trading environment

What They’re Looking For

2–5 years of relevant experience

in machine learning or applied AI

Strong academic background from a top university

Strong Python skills , with

PyTorch required

Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow or similar)
