Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines for various applications.
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures for specific use cases.
- Perform extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to prepare datasets for model training.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ML systems in production, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance existing models and develop new capabilities.
- Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous model optimization and retraining.
- Contribute to the MLOps framework, including model versioning, deployment automation, and monitoring tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing ML workloads.
- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and practices for reproducible and scalable ML workflows.
