Key Responsibilities Process daily threat feeds and write detection rules for various technologies Conduct research and threat hunting for the latest cybersecurity threats Investigate phishing and web-based threats, developing internal data collection streams Required Qualifications Experience with malware research tools for static and dynamic analysis Ability to conduct research in virtual environments like VMWare or Hyper-V Basic understanding of various operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android Familiarity with classifying malicious domains and IPs Passion for staying updated on the latest malware threats
