Manager, Asset & Portfolio Management

The Opportunity

A high-growth digital infrastructure platform is seeking a Manager, Asset & Portfolio Management to support the financial optimisation and strategic oversight of a pan-Asian data centre portfolio. This is a commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of asset management, infrastructure investing, and operational performance, offering exposure to both stabilised and development-stage assets across key APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, cashflow forecasts, and scenario analyses across the portfolio

• Monitor asset performance, analysing key drivers such as utilisation, revenue, cost efficiency, and capex deployment

• Support valuation, business planning, and investment decision-making

• Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operations to drive performance optimisation

• Contribute to pricing strategy, expansion analysis, and lifecycle capex planning

• Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and board-level materials

• Conduct market and industry analysis to inform portfolio strategy

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in asset management, infrastructure finance, real estate private equity, or adjacent sectors

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability (advanced Excel essential)

• Experience working with operational assets or infrastructure platforms preferred

• Ability to translate operational metrics into commercial and financial insights

• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
