  • Improve the scalability of the sales motion through better process, cleaner data, clearer performance metrics, and repeatable best practices
  • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve conversion, support key accounts, and remove friction in the customer journey
  • Lead with a customer-first mindset and reinforce thoughtful, value-based selling across the team
  • Report on team performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record coaching reps to stronger pipeline quality, better deal execution, and consistent quota attainment
  • Experience managing forecast discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales operating rhythms in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong understanding of selling into EMEA markets and how regional nuance shapes hiring, coaching, and execution
  • Excellent communication, performance-management, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnosing team performance and improving outcomes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with partners across go-to-market, operations, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with commercial new-business, inbound, outbound, and expansion motions
  • Experience building or improving onboarding, enablement, and rep development programs
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
