Jade Business Services is seeking a Manager – Data & AI based in Houston to lead client-facing Data & AI consulting engagements, shape strategic initiatives into executable programs, build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders, and assemble the right teams to deliver outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically credible across data, analytics, AI, and Generative AI, but who is primarily a consulting leader, relationship builder, and program shaper rather than the deepest hands-on architect. The person will partner closely with JBS AI Architects and senior technical leads for detailed solution design, while owning the broader motion of stakeholder alignment, initiative structuring, team formation, delivery leadership, and revenue growth.
This is a high-visibility role intended for someone who can operate comfortably with client technical executives, enterprise leaders, and internal delivery teams while helping JBS expand its footprint in strategic accounts.
Key Objectives
Build strong relationships with client technical leaders, business stakeholders, and internal leadership
Turn client ideas and emerging needs into structured programs, charters, and roadmaps
Partner with AI Architects and solution leaders to shape practical, high-value solutions
Build and organize delivery teams to execute successfully
Help grow revenue through account expansion, consultative selling, and trusted advisory engagement
Represent JBS credibly in front of senior client stakeholders in the U.S. market

Required Experience
10+ years of experience in consulting, technology delivery, data and analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership
Strong experience in client-facing consulting or solution leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
Experience shaping ambiguous opportunities into structured initiatives and delivery plans
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams
Strong working knowledge of modern Data & AI ecosystems, including data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI use cases
Experience contributing to account growth, solution shaping, or consultative sales
