Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Insights
- Develop and implement analytics frameworks to measure omnichannel performance
- Provide actionable insights to optimize customer journeys and marketing ROI
- Build predictive models and segmentation strategies to support personalization
Reporting & Business Support
- Deliver regular dashboards and executive reports with clear recommendations
- Support business reviews with evidence-based analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with regional standards
Platform Management
- Oversee operations of WeChat Mini Programs, apps, and websites
- Drive platform enhancements, UX improvements, and integration with CRM tools
- Collaborate with IT and agencies on solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Cross-Functional Communication
- Act as the bridge between business, IT, and external partners
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Align platform strategy with Greater China omnichannel objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, digital platform management, or IT project coordination
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- Solid industry experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce, particularly within the Hong Kong / China market, is highly preferred
- Proven project management capability; PMP certification or proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
