Job Description
- Extract, analyze, and model large volumes of structured and unstructured data, applying advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and modern machine learning algorithms to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or machine learning/AI/Generative AI, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong capability in mining and analyzing massive datasets for rapid insight generation.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with machine-learning and AI methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL/BigQuery, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense; experience working on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential.
- Knowledge of embedding techniques, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation abilities, supported by strong business acumen.
