CIBC US Data and Analytics department is responsible for supporting risk stripes and Lines of Business (LoB) through data management, modelling, analytics, process automation and reporting, to grow and accomplish overall bank strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manager, Data and Analytics is responsible for providing analytics support to Capital Markets business lines. This involves working with multiple stakeholders on data analysis, process engineering for automated workflows, BI reporting, advanced analytics that drives decision making, and Generative AI solutions.
The candidate is expected to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, and staying current with AI technology developments.
The candidate is also expected to be coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
Position requires a Master degree in quantitative fields. Experience must include at minimum:

This role has an expected salary range of $110,000 - $125,000K for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
