Job Scopes:
Drive the entity-wide data science strategy to rapidly deliver high-value use cases, while developing and maintaining predictive/prescriptive models, agentic AI systems and autonomous data workflows to drive actionable insights and competitive advantage.
- Drive the Data Science Strategy at entity level to ensure that business able to gain value from data science use cases with lowest time to development possible.
- Lead the development of predictive/prescriptive models, while defining and implementing comprehensive evaluation frameworks.
- Develop / maintain agentic AI systems and autonomous data workflows.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle ensuring low-latency inference and high reliability for production systems.
- Assesses, with the business, the expected qualification and assurance of the information in support of the use cases.
- Coordinate with AXA GDAI (Group Data and AI) and AXA Data Scientist Community for an innovative AI project.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience.
- Expert Python skills and mastery of frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and LangChain for building complex AI agents.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Databricks, and modern MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow) for managing models at scale.
- Proven experience with streaming architectures (Kafka, Spark) and integrating real-time analytics into operational workflows.
- Deep commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure code resilience and data quality.
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
- Good spoken and written English & Thai skills
