This Manager, Enterprise Risk Reporting role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the center of enterprise-wide risk insight and strategic decision making. As part of the team that supports senior risk leadership this role contributes directly to informing executive management and the Board through high impact reporting, including committee materials, quarterly disclosures, and earnings-related analysis. The work is highly visible, fast paced, and closely aligned with the bank’s most critical risk priorities. In this role, you will help shape how risk information is gathered, synthesized, and communicated across the enterprise—ensuring complex data is translated into clear, credible, and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include supporting quarterly earnings-related risk reporting, conducting peer benchmarking, and researching emerging risks and topical issues. You will also contribute to streamlining reporting processes and strengthening stakeholder partnerships, operating in an environment where priorities evolve throughout the year.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities, producing materials suitable for senior and board-level use
  • Experience in enterprise-wide risk reporting
  • Peer benchmarking and comparative risk analysis, particularly in credit risk
  • Research and assessment of emerging risks and topical issues
  • Comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting processes
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and streamline data and reporting workflows

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM/ERPM) frameworks
  • Knowledge of banking, insurance, investment banking, or fintech environments

This role is located in Toronto and follows a hybrid work model, with three required in-office days per week: Mondays, Fridays, and one additional day.

Supports the execution of accurate and efficient reporting solutions for risk, regulatory and management information to internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies. Supports an efficient and effective risk management function which uses common information sources and practices, reduces ongoing costs, increases service level performance and minimizes risk.
