Crusoe is seeking an Expense Manager to assist in oversight and optimize our

global travel program as we continue to scale. The Expense Manager is

accountable to the Senior Manager – Accounts Payable. This role will be

responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of our travel platform,

ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and

supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience.

What you will be working on:

Assist in administering and management of Crusoe’s corporate travel

platform, including system configuration, user support, approval

workflows, and reporting

Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing,

and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity.

Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and

urgent travel needs when the manager is not available.

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel

practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards.

Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure

smooth operations and competitive pricing.

Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process

improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings,

adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance

scalability as the company grows.

Communicate accounting information to clients, often with little or no

accounting experience, in order to achieve accurate financial accounting

and reporting to resolve issues

Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications

related to travel policies and processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $105,000 - $130,000 + Bonus.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined

by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity

and alignment with market data.
