Our client is a leading global wealth platform, they are seeking a Senior level candidate to drive to drive strategy, distribution, and growth across its managed account platform, with a focus on SMAs, UMAs, and Rep as PM programs.
This is a high-impact, front-facing role partnering directly with investment leadership and distribution teams to expand AUM and deepen product penetration across a sophisticated advisor network.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and development across managed account solutions, including enhancements, positioning, and manager selection
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SMA, UMA, and Rep as PM programs, supporting advisors and internal stakeholders
- Partner with market heads and relationship managers to drive new flows and retain existing assets
- Drive new product initiatives that contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of managed account and investment product suite
- Deliver product messaging through advisor calls, roadshows, and written communications
- Support client onboarding and act as an escalation point for complex product-related inquiries
- Identify opportunities to expand managed account adoption across markets and client segments
- Collaborate with compliance and leadership on regulatory changes impacting the platform
- Support reporting, analytics, and performance updates for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field required, Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in investment product management or managed accounts within a broker-dealer or wealth platform
- Proven ability to work with distribution teams and contribute to asset growth
- Knowledge of cross-border wealth management
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with advisors and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Refinitiv, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- CFA Preferred
