AsaManager,Media Analytics at Air Miles, you willbe responsible forensuring the accuracy and integrity of media campaign data, with a focus on UTM and tagging governance.You will serveas the key analytical partner to the Media Strategy and Performance teams, translating media plans into measurable datastructuresandprovidingactionable insights for campaign optimization.You will buildandmaintainreporting tools,conductperformance analysis, andsupportthe implementation of new measurement frameworks.

Youwill:

Collaborate withChannel Strategy, Media Performance, and Analytics & Insights teams to ensurecampaign measurement aligns directly with established business goals and media plans.

Develop,maintain, and enforce standardized UTM naming conventions and tagging rules across paid and owned media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, email, and on-site placements.

Be able to perform Quality Assurance (QA)checkson campaign launches, confirming that all tracking links, tags, and media pixels are implemented correctly to ensure full andaccuratedata capture.

Assistin continuous improvementof our marketing measurement, workingwithAd Tech & Analyticsteams to implement and troubleshoot new tracking technology and data collection processes.

Maintain and/orsupport automation ofreporting dashboards anddata streamsusing data visualization tools.

Analyze media performance data across all channels toidentifykey trends, patterns in audience behavior, and anomalies, translating these findings into actionable insights and recommendations tooptimizemedia spend, campaign effectiveness, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Serve as the subject matter expert on media data, with the ability to both articulate technical data points to business partners and translate business requirements into our larger Air Miles data ecosystem.

Develop knowledge and understandingof our entireMarketing & Advertising technology stacksto be able to guide holistic strategies& process improvementsfor best-in-class media measurement.

This role reports into theSenior Manager of Media Performance & Analytics, andwill be collaborating with our IT, Analytics & Insights, Product, Client Services,Marketing Services & Marketing Operationsteams,as well as the entire marketing department.

The successful candidate will have a focus on recommendingsolutions and ideas for both Brand and Partner related marketing andcollaboratewith internal marketing teams to ensure AIR MILES marketing solutions meet Partners’ needs.The candidate will also have an understanding of how to optimize retail media vehicles and channels into Partner marketing and business.

Salary:

$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
