Manager of Advanced Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager of Advanced Analytics to shape and deliver its analytics strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with growth and value-based care objectives

Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards

Mentor team members while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field

6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, including 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role

Expertise with modern data stacks such as Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python

Strong understanding of value-based care analytics and experience with healthcare datasets

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams
