Manager of Business Intelligence

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence to join their technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts and engineers, and own the strategic architecture of the BI environment

Oversee the extraction and integration of complex datasets into a centralized ecosystem

Design and deliver internal dashboards and client-facing analytics while maintaining data governance and security standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering

Strong background in the PEO or HR Tech industry, with knowledge of payroll datasets and HRIS structures

Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and SQL, and mastery of Power BI or Looker
