Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable data engineering solutions leveraging Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Oversee architecture of complex analytics solutions, aligning with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Engage with clients to define analytics needs and deliver customized, impactful solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Drive end-to-end data pipeline development, incorporating data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Stay updated with trends in data engineering, cloud computing, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, focusing on cloud solutions and analytics.
- Expertise in Databricks and experience with Spark for big data processing.
- Proficient in data architecture and design for complex cloud analytics solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
