About the Role:
We are looking for an Experienced Manager of Analytics & Decision Intelligence to lead a dynamic team of BI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists. Your mission will be to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions, rather than merely creating traditional dashboards.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of BI Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists.
- Oversee the delivery of enterprise dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
- Drive impactful analytics that inform business strategies beyond basic reporting.
- Ensure high data quality, trusted analytics outputs, and consistent metric definitions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate decisions and workflows into analytical solutions.
- Identify LLM opportunities to enhance analytics and reporting efficiencies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into analytics products for automated insights and enhanced user experience.
- Balance immediate reporting needs with long-term analytics strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, BI engineering, data engineering, or data science.
- 4+ years managing analytics or BI teams.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of analytical data modeling.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI concepts, and practical AI applications.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern analytics technologies.
- Strong ability to manage distributed and offshore teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior business stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience enabling self-service analytics at scale.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration patterns.
- Experience operationalizing AI within analytics workflows.
- Background in retail, merchandising, inventory, or operations analytics.
The salary range for this position is $142,100.00 - $213,100.00. Actual pay rates will depend on various factors including location and experience.
