Manager of Portfolio Servicing

A company is looking for a Manager, Portfolio Servicing to lead the operations of their end-to-end Servicing functions. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational performance of sub-servicers and manage product updates and enhancements Develop and lead a high-performing team, setting performance expectations and monitoring results Conduct operational reviews with servicing partners and manage execution of servicing-related product changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience with 8-10+ years of work experience Minimum of 5+ years in loan servicing and 2+ years managing customer service or servicing teams Experience building and scaling servicing operations in collaboration with technology teams High technical aptitude with understanding of systems, workflows, and reporting Working knowledge of FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection laws, UDAP, and FCRA
