Cross Platform Delivery (CPD) is a cross GI integration and orchestration layer that brings consistency to planning and delivery rhythms, improves transparency across work in flight, and enables leaders to make aligned, timely decisions across towers and enabling functions.
The Portfolio Manager, Cross Platform Delivery (CPD) sits within GI Headquarters as part of a GI level Portfolio and Financial Center of Excellence (COE). The role partners with GI Finance, CPD, and GI senior leaders to strengthen enterprise portfolio governance, planning integrity, and investment decision making across GI.
This is a high leverage GI HQ enablement role, not a product or domain portfolio owner. + Own the monthly GI HQ reconciliation cycle, reconciling plan vs. actuals/forecast, investment changes, and delivery signals; explaining drivers and variances; and producing a single, trusted GI narrative for leadership consumption.
+ Enable leadership decisions by translating complex portfolio data into executive ready insights: clear storylines, options, tradeoffs, and recommendations aligned to GI strategy.
+ Proactively structure GI Long Range Planning (LRP) and annual planning submissions-building the investment architecture, assumptions framework, and traceability required for GI leadership decisions (including support for enterprise efficiency/REE efforts as needed).
+ Build and maintain GI macrolevel scenario models (what if, sensitivities, constraints) to inform GI leadership tradeoffs across cost, capacity, and risk, quantifying second order impacts and defining decision guardrails (e.g., efficiency/REE scenarios).
+ Drive cross GI alignment of financial and portfolio inputs so GI plans are internally consistent, capacity aware, and decision ready ahead of executive checkpoints-without assuming day-to-day ownership of individual product/domain portfolios.
+ Prepare decision grade materials for executive forums (operating reviews, QBRs, planning milestones), including forward looking views, key drivers, and "so what" insights that accelerate timely choices.
+ Surface portfolio risks, dependencies, and data quality issues early; quantify impact where possible; and drive mitigation options with stakeholders across GI.
+ Institutionalize repeatable COE deliverables (templates, standards, operating rhythms) that scale portfolio discipline and reduce friction for tower teams while increasing GI level visibility.
+ Evolve portfolio processes and tooling with product, workforce, risk, and finance partners-balancing standardization with practical adoption to improve decision speed and confidence.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
