About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Portfolio Management Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the post-closing relationship management of our partners. You will work hands-on with various clients, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are accurately monitored. This presents a unique opportunity to drive significant impact within communities through effective management of a broad array of loans. Your analytical skills will be key to identifying and resolving performance-related concerns, providing your expertise to enhance client relationships and promote sustainable community development. Responsibilities • Oversee the performance of assigned loan portfolios and asset classes • Analyze portfolio trends and identify emerging risks • Prepare quarterly loan impairment analyses for troubled loans • Deliver consistent financial and risk analyses during key loan events • Serve as the primary post-closing relationship manager for borrowers Requirements • Minimum of five (5) years of professional Portfolio and/or Asset Management experience • Formal Commercial Credit training from a recognized institution • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field • Proficient in credit, investment, or real estate analysis • Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and modeling Benefits • Up to twenty (20) paid holidays/business closure days • Unlimited flexible time off • Group medical insurance with a funded health reimbursement account • Retirement plan with employer contributions • Work from home fund Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
