The Manager, Pricing Analytics & Business Insights is a business-facing analytics leader who helps turn complex data, pricing dynamics, and financial information into clear business insights, strategic recommendations, and better decisions. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, pricing strategy, and business performance, partnering closely with leaders across Pricing, Treasury, Finance, Product, and Technology to improve transparency, support profitability, and influence decision-making.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with sound business judgment and financial acumen. They will lead the development of insights, reporting, and analytical tools that help the business understand performance, assess trade-offs, identify opportunities, and make informed pricing and portfolio decisions. This is not a pure data production role — it is a business-oriented role for someone who enjoys using analytics to solve commercial problems, shape strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders.
Data analytics & reporting
Pull, analyze, and interpret data from bank’s book-of-record systems and other enterprise data sourcesBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses related to financial performance, pricing, FTP, treasury, and portfolio trendsUse tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, and etc. to support recurring and ad hoc business reportingIdentify key trends, issues, and opportunities in the data and communicate insights clearly
Business and pricing analysis
Support pricing decisions and business strategy through data-driven analysisHelp assess financial performance, margins, spreads, balances, and other business driversAssist with scenario analysis, forecasting, and management reportingTurn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
Partnership & delivery
