Job Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing process engineering and project management activities related to the production of ferrite magnets. Optimize the wet magnet assembly process and implement the "Black Hole Strategy" to achieve optimal production efficiency. Duties also include managing the raw material 500T process and CT emission reduction projects.
Responsibilities: Liaise with global subsidiaries to develop comprehensive project development roadmaps and action plans, ensuring seamless implementation of the wet magnet assembly process and the "Black Hole Strategy." Efficiently manage manufacturing resources by optimizing production capacity through strategic planning and resource allocation within the Request for Quote (RFQ) process. Lead and manage the process engineering team, providing guidance and motivation to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide technical support to overseas plants in Mexico, Serbia, and India, facilitating the implementation and optimization of the raw material 500T process and CT emission reduction technology.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Science, Chemistry, or a related engineering field. Over 5 years of experience in process engineering and project management, familiarity with the magnet production, die-casting, or powder metallurgy industry preferred. Proven experience in leading process engineering teams and implementing innovative production strategies, such as magnet assembly or automation transformations.
Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with global subsidiaries and manage international projects. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication.
