We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate, results-orientated and has a keen sense of curiosity. As the Manager Product & Services in TPS, you will lead a diverse, high-performance team who product manage and support the operations of a variety of mature telecom services for our customers - overseeing both legacy product lifecycle management and voice interconnection operations. This tightly knit team consists of individuals who understand how to balance sales, customer care, regulatory/CRTC mandates and client needs throughout the lifecycle of a product.

What YOU Will Do:
- Drive a high-performing, highly engaged workforce through effective and measurable leadership activities including engagement, recognition and performance development
- Foster a culture of accountability, and curiosity, while supporting the career growth of team members through mentorship, development planning, and meaningful feedback
- Execute on the product management of a portfolio of legacy and mature products stabilizing revenue contribution and maximizing the remaining value of each product line
- Provide product expertise across regulatory filings, pricing, billing support, budget and triage, revenue assurance, and sales enablement
- Execute on plans to de-select products in accordance with Product Life Cycle management best practices managing transitions with minimal customer and revenue disruption
- Drive revenue growth and execute cost optimization initiatives across the Transit & Termination financial portfolio, delivering meaningful and measurable savings for the business
Qualifications
- Excellent collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Proven ability to Lead and manage the market and financial performance of existing and new products, with full accountability for P&L - including Revenue, Operating Profit, Cash Flow, and Return on Investment
- Strong sense of determination and grit. Able to deal with ambiguity, lead through influence and drive projects to completion while working with competing priorities
- Experience working with all levels of the organization
Candidate Qualifications
- Education
- A Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
- A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) (considered an asset)
- Experience
- 10+ years of related work experience in the telecommunications industry
