Job Description Summary

The Manager, Programs & BI Platforms leads major quality and service‑improvement initiatives across field service, repair, and customer support. This role manages a cross‑functional team and oversees the company’s business intelligence (BI) platforms to ensure accurate, high‑quality data and reporting for decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Lead large, cross‑functional projects improving service quality, installation readiness, repair operations, and customer support performance. Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and communication to leadership.
  • Team Management: Hire, develop, and guide a team including program leads, analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
  • BI Governance: Oversee Power BI and analytics standards, data quality, and reporting consistency. Partner with IT to ensure reliable data pipelines and models.
  • Analytics & Insights: Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights on service performance, product reliability, and customer support trends. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve processes, reduce failures, and enhance overall service operations. Drive adoption of BI tools and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer/data science, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years leading cross‑functional programs or service/quality/analytics teams
  • Experience with service or repair operations
  • BI governance/data quality experience
  • Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and delivery across matrixed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with service performance, reliability, or customer support analytics
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or Azure data pipelines
  • 3+ years with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certifications
  • Experience driving continuous improvement or KPI frameworks
