Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who has offline CAD/CAM knowledge with the ability to program 3,4 and 5 axis milling machines. Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Offline Programmer Key skills:

Experience of offline programming

Produce, update, maintain manufacturing documentation

Interpret Engineering drawings and understand GDT

Design bespoke jigs/fixturing to support manufacturing and inspection

Experience of machining various materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium

Interpret CMM inspection reports

Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Offline Programmer Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of Creo Parametric software (formally PROE)

Experience of using Vericut simulation software

Experience of Fanuc, Mazatrol, Heidenhain CNC controls

Online programming experience

Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Offline Programmer Knowledge, skills & experience:

Can demonstrate initiative with a flexible approach to all types of work

Computer literate

Full time, permanent contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
