About Our Client

Our client is a growing, advanced manufacturing organization focused on delivering complex, precision-engineered solutions to customers in regulated and high-performance industries. Job Description

This role serves as the organization's senior authority for manufacturing process development, CNC programming strategy, and multi-axis machining standards. The engineer leads the most complex technical challenges, defines scalable processes and documentation frameworks, and acts as the bridge between customer requirements and repeatable production execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading complex CNC programming and manufacturing processes.
  • Establishing standards for tooling, fixturing, documentation, and quality.
  • Translating customer technical requirements into production-ready processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant is a recognized CNC manufacturing expert with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams and scale processes from prototype to production. They bring deep hands-on programming experience, a systems-level mindset, and a passion for mentoring others and building sustainable manufacturing capability.

Key qualifications include:

  • Expert-level multi-axis CNC programming and process development experience.
  • Strong background in GD&T, metrology, and dimensional quality management.
  • Proven ability to develop standards, mentor engineers, and solve enterprise-level problems.

What's on Offer

This role offers the opportunity to take true technical ownership in a high-visibility, high-impact manufacturing environment where expertise is valued and directly influences business outcomes. It is ideal for someone seeking thought leadership responsibility rather than a purely tactical programming role.

The package includes:

  • Competitive compensation + benefits.
  • High autonomy with direct influence over manufacturing strategy.
  • Long-term growth in a technically ambitious and production-focused organization.
