We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cypress, CA. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to operations and execute manufacturing engineering activities to develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and meet the requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate, and lead time (SQCD).

What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, validate, and improve manufacturing processes and methods
- Maintain and govern Production Technical Packages(SOPs, PFMEAs, work instructions, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Drive continuous improvement using tools like DMAIC and Lean / RRPS
- Support “Right First Time” / zero-defect manufacturing culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, operations)
- Analyze process capability (Cp, Cpk, etc.) and reduce variation
- Support digital manufacturing systems and tooling/process development
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering+ 1+ year experience, OR
- Associate degree + ~3+ years experience, OR
- Equivalent hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency requirement (defense-related work)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- Composites / aerospace manufacturing (CMC)
- Tooling, fixtures, and process development
- Manufacturing systems (CAD/CAM, MES, SAP, etc.)
- Statistical process control and capability analysis
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
