Job Description

Role and Responsibility

  • Observe and analyze manufacturing process for manufacturing or electrical Medical Device system.
  • Complete BOM set up of products ranging from NPI to Finished Goods
  • Review component obsolescence and evaluate replacements.
  • Update component processes, procedures and documentation
  • Support process improvements and projects related to contract manufacturers.
  • Support development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different functions.
  • Work with contract manufacturers to provide technical support.
  • Analyze data and create engineering reports (ERs) to communicate results and update procedures based on test outcomes
  • Develop standard work, update Manufacturing Process Instructions, LHRs, DMRs, drawings, specifications, and labels.
  • Create protocol to support projects

Looking for:

  • Exposure with Electrical parts must have (Circuit, PCBA, powered biotech system), electromechanical a nice to have
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Medical Device Experience necessary
  • EE, Biomedical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Degree
  • Verge - document control system.
  • Minitab
  • BarTender - barcode, RFID, label design software
