Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

LINK Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer for a hands-on role in Houston. This position supports real production projects inside a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement, automation support, validation, and engineering documentation.

Job Highlights

What You’ll Do

• Collect and organize manufacturing data to support process improvement projects
• Help track project progress, results, and open issues
• Support automation and infrastructure projects with documentation and layout inputs
• Assist with testing and validation of new equipment or production processes
• Maintain engineering records, drawings, checklists, and reports
• Work with engineering leadership to support timelines and project goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, including Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and handling basic data accurately
• Able to work in a manufacturing or shop-floor environment
• Strong attention to detail with documentation and reporting
• Able to follow structured processes and support multiple project tasks
• Able to stand, walk, and move through an industrial setting as needed
