Job Summary
Mindray operates in a contract manufacturing and configuration environment where products are built overseas and then configured, tested, and validated in the U.S. This position focuses on process documentation, product configuration, and implementation of engineering changes rather than production line optimization or Lean manufacturing.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for implementing and supporting all phases of the contract manufacturing process at the Mindray New Jersey facility. This role defines and maintains technical documentation required for testing, inspecting, refurbishing, packaging, labeling, reprogramming, and assembling high-end medical equipment and PC-based products. The Manufacturing Engineer ensures production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements through process development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
