Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to help elevate this site to the next level.

Job Description

  • Design and develop tooling, fixtures, layouts, and process improvements using 3D CAD modeling
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, throughput, and equipment reliability
  • Support and lead maintenance-related efforts, including equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance initiatives, and downtime reduction
  • Improve manufacturing processes through standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Support new product introductions by ensuring manufacturability and smooth process transitions
  • Analyze production and equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
  • Provide hands‑on engineering support on the shop floor as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in production settings
  • Background working closely with-or leading-maintenance functions within manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, assembly, or automation
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies
  • Comfortable balancing design work with hands‑on shop‑floor execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams

  • Base salary $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
  • 5-10% annual bonus
